Bed & Breakfast

     Casabella is the name we gave to our house, a villa dating from the '30s, where now we have, among our other activities, the hosting activity of  Bed and Breakfast.
We took the name of Casabella from the title of the most authoritative magazine on architecture in the world, founded in 1928 by Giuseppe Pagano, of which, we have nearly half a century of collection in our house’s library.

The house, surrounded by a garden, is situated in the quiet Land of Lesa, full of greenery, between Arona and Stresa, within walking distance to three beautiful beaches of Lake Maggiore, and next to Sporting Lesa (a beautiful sporting center with a large summer swimming pool, tennis fields, a gymnasium and a turkish bath).
 
    Recently renewed with modern interior shear, in which a living collection of design and contemporary art is maintained, Casabella is located in a very great value  environment, between lakes and mountains, where the pearls of Lake Maggiore (the Borromean Islands) and Lake of Orta (with the  Orta San Giulio island in its center), Mottarone and valleys of Ossola, as well as great golf fields (including the wellknown Golf des Iles Borromées) all overlook.

  

    Inside B & B Casabella you will find a discreet and careful  hospitality, open and conversational too, to provide the best answers to your expectations, in well-being atmosphere and psycho-physical comfort, in modern and playful environments, for soft awakenings accompanied by good music substrate, and with alluring aromas and flavors on the table of your breakfasts.

 

      For your stay in the Bed and Breakfast Casabella you can choose spacious double rooms with a private bath, and with a balcony and several  windows (and additional beds for children), or with bath-shower room close to the bed (mini-pool room), or even an independent suite of rooms for families or friends, with two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, complete with kitchenette and a private garden, directly linked with the house’s garden.

You can have breakfast in the morning with a good espresso coffee in the room and have breakfast close to the fireplace in the large living room in the low season, or outside on the terrace in front of the garden in the summer season.
There are libraries provided for you with brochures, maps, publications and invitations relating to the many attractions in the area, including next cultural and art events.
In Casabella you can find bicycles for your short trips nearby, or, if you like, you can play ping-pong. There are rental services for sailboats, motorboats and canoes, or places for horseriding all pretty near us.
You will have no difficulty in our surroundings to satisfy everyone of your culinary needs, from American fast food to the highest Gourmet levels.

Casabella offers discounts for stays, from 2 to 6 days, predetermined in our price list.
